Your files never leave your device

Every Sleek PDF tool runs completely inside your browser. When you drop a PDF onto one of our tools, the file is opened by code running on your own computer or phone. There is no upload step, no processing server, and no copy of your document anywhere but your device.

This isn't a policy promise you have to trust — it's an architecture you can check.

Verify it yourself in two minutes

  1. Open any Sleek PDF tool, then open your browser's developer tools (F12, or Ctrl+Shift+I / Cmd+Option+I).
  2. Switch to the Network tab.
  3. Drop a PDF into the tool and run it. Watch the request list: you'll see the page's own scripts load — and no request carrying your file. Your PDF's bytes are never transmitted.
  4. For the full proof: after the page has loaded once, disconnect from the internet entirely and run the tool again. It still works, because nothing about processing needs a network.

What we do collect

Anonymous, cookieless page-view analytics (which pages are visited, in aggregate) so we know which tools matter. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — in your network tab it appears as a single small request to cloudflareinsights.com that carries no cookies and nothing about your files. No account, no cookies requiring a banner, no identification of you — and never, in any form, the contents of your files.
